Application Procedures

All material must be submitted online before 11:59 p.m. on March 20, 2026.
All information on the application form is considered confidential.
All submitted material becomes the property of the Kappa Youth and Community Foundation.
The essay will be evaluated on appearance, spelling, and grammar.
Your counselor must upload an official transcript that includes grades 9-12. You will need to provide the counselor's name and email on the application, so be sure to have that information available before you start the application.
Applicant must upload proof of acceptance to the college he will attend.
Two (2) letters of recommendation are required; one (1) from a school representative and one (1) from a non-school representative. You will have to enter the names and email addresses of the two people you want to use as references on your electronic application. Be sure you know the people you want to complete your electronic recommendation and have their names and email addresses before you begin the application.
